Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain regular communication with clients through calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Manage customer data, leads and interactions in CRM.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Operations and other internal teams.
- Track customer requirements, follow-ups and pending issues.
- Handle post-sales and customer relationship activities.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, documents and customer communication.
- Prepare daily/weekly CRM reports and follow-up trackers.
- Ensure timely updates in the CRM system.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate for resolution.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Support the sales team with customer-related information and documentation.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM / Customer Relationship / Real Estate preferred.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks simultaneously.
- Good command of English and Hindi.
- Presentable, confident and customer-focused personality.
