Responsibilities: Call customers and handle incoming enquiries. Explain our fancy mirror products, designs and prices. Follow up with customers through phone calls and WhatsApp . Share product photos, catalogues and quotations with customers.

Maintain regular follow-up with existing and new customers. Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements and orders.



Maintain basic customer records and daily follow-up reports. Build good relationships with customers and help convert enquiries into orders.

Requirements: Valuable communication skills. Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and computer. Hindi communication is required; basic English is an advantage. Freshers can also apply. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
