We are hiring CRM Executives for a Blended Process to handle customer interactions through Voice Calls, Chat, and Email. Candidates should have recent experience in both voice and non-voice customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through Calls, Chat, and Email
- Provide accurate and timely resolution to customer concerns
- Maintain professional communication with customers
- Follow defined CRM processes and service standards
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Ensure a positive customer experience
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
