We are looking for an experienced Credit Risk Management Manager to lead a team of 10+ professionals supporting Credit Risk, Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations for global business units.

The role requires strong expertise in Credit Management, Customer Risk Management, O2C processes, SAP, KPI management, people leadership, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of 10+ employees delivering Credit Risk Management and O2C services.
- Manage Customer Credit Risk, Credit Management, Collections, and Accounts Receivable activities.
- Ensure service delivery meets defined SLA, KPI, quality, and productivity targets.
- Monitor team performance and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Coach and develop team members through performance management, training, feedback, and career development.
- Develop talent and succession plans to ensure business continuity.
- Identify and implement process improvement, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Partner with global stakeholders, Sales, Customer Service, Finance teams, and other shared service centers.
- Prepare and present KPI, performance, and process improvement reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls,



policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
- Support resource planning, workload management, and cost control.
- Use SAP and reporting tools for operational monitoring, analysis, and decision-making.
- Conduct regular team reviews and ensure effective communication and collaboration across global teams.

Experience

- 3–5 years of experience in Credit Management / Credit Risk
- Minimum 2 years of team leadership experience managing 5–10+ FTEs
- 2–3 years of experience in project/process improvement initiatives
- Experience in GCC / Global Shared Services / Captive / BPO environments is preferred.
- Experience working with SAP is mandatory.
