HIRING | CREATIVE LEAD – COPY / BRAND CREATIVE LEAD /n Location: Mumbai /n Experience: 3–6 Years /n Work Mode: Work from Office | 5 Days /n We are looking for a Creative Lead – Copy who thinks beyond content and can shape how a consumer brand sounds, feels and communicates. /n What You'll Do /n /n

- Develop campaign ideas, headlines and copy across brand touchpoints.

/n

- Shape and maintain the brand's voice, tonality and language.

/n

- Work across campaigns, website, product naming, packaging, PDPs, social, CRM, retail and launches.

/n

- Take ideas from consumer insight → creative concept → final execution.

/n

- Collaborate closely with designers, agencies, creators, producers and other creative partners.

/n

- Stay updated with internet culture, creators and emerging content formats.

/n

- Act as a creative quality filter for consumer-facing communication.

/n /n What We're Looking For /n /n

- 3–6 years in Creative, Copy, Brand Content or a similar role.

/n





- Strong portfolio with original ideas + actual copywriting.

/n

- Experience with consumer, D2C, beauty, lifestyle or other high-engagement brands preferred.

/n

- Robust command of language, tonality and storytelling.

/n

- Ability to own creative work from brief to final execution.

/n

- Strong understanding of culture, creators and digital behaviour.

/n /n Ideal Background: Brand-side or leading creative agencies.
