Creative Director — Fine Jewelry

We are an early-stage fine jewelry brand preparing for launch in the US market. We are seeking a Creative Director to own our visual identity across every touchpoint and to lead its execution from concept to production.

The role

You will be responsible for the complete visual expression of the brand: photography and art direction, packaging and print, digital design, and campaign creative. The core identity system is in place. Your mandate is to extend it with rigour, protect its integrity, and raise the standard of everything the customer sees and touches.

This is a hands-on position. You will direct shoots, review proofs, brief and manage external partners, and produce work yourself where required. You will report directly to the founder and hold final creative authority.

Responsibilities

- Lead art direction for all product, campaign, and editorial photography
- Design and oversee production of packaging, print collateral, and brand applications




- Own the visual design of the website in partnership with the ecommerce lead
- Establish and manage a roster of photographers, retouchers, and print vendors
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines as the business scales
- Review all outbound creative for quality and consistency

Requirements

- 4+ years in brand or creative direction, with at least one senior role at a fashion, beauty, hospitality, or luxury brand
- A portfolio demonstrating restraint, typographic judgement, and end-to-end execution
- Direct experience with print production, colour management, and physical proofing
- Ability to operate independently in a small, early-stage workplace
- Robust written and verbal communication

Compensation includes salary and equity, commensurate with experience.
