Responsibilities:-

- Responsible for making calls (Inbound and Outbound)
- Counselling & converting inquiries into admissions.
- Follow up with the Leads till closure
- Responsible to achieve targets
- Follow up with students via emails, phone and calls
- Cold calling
- Regular follow-ups
- Follow Systems processes and procedures as per the set criteria

Experience: 1+yrs experience in educational counselling

Skills:-

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- Min. 1+ yrs of experience in counselling
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English proficiency).
- Sales oriented and target driven attitude
- Outgoing and positive with a passion to learn and grow
- Team player and maintain a positive relationship with the entire ecosystem
