We are looking for experienced Contracts Engineer for Mumbai Projects.

Location - Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Qualification - BE/ BTech in Civil Engineering

Nicmar in QSCM/ACM

Experience - 4 to 10 Years

Note - Candidates with Tunnels & Underground metro Project Experience will be preferred.

Responsibilities -

- Handling day-to-day contract administration and documentation.
- Reviewing contract terms, conditions, and scope of work.
- Preparing contractual letters, notices, and correspondence.
- Coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Managing variations and change orders as per contract requirements.
- Assisting in preparation of claims and Extension of Time (EOT) submissions.
- Monitoring contract milestones, payments, and contractual obligations.
- Maintaining contract records, registers, and supporting documents.
- Identifying contractual issues and supporting their resolution.
- Assisting in final account preparation and contract close-out.
