Role Description : - The ideal candidate should be capable of creating content strategies that build authority, engagement, audience growth, and generate business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Research competitors, market trends, and consumer behavior to identify winning content angles.
- Develop creative strategies for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
- Create ad concepts, hooks, messaging frameworks, and content briefs for D2C brands.
- Collaborate with content writers, graphic designers, video editors, and performance marketers.
- Analyze ad performance and suggest new creative directions based on data.
- Build and maintain a library of winning hooks,



ad formats, and creative concepts.
- Generate fresh content and campaign ideas for paid and organic channels.
- Brief the production team on creative execution and content requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest social media, content, and advertising trends.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience as a Creative Strategist, Content Strategist, Social Media Strategist, or similar role.
- Robust understanding of Meta Ads and performance marketing.
- Ability to identify consumer pain points and create compelling ad angles.
- Experience in script ideation, content planning, and campaign strategy.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from campaign performance.
- Experience working with D2C brands or marketing agencies will be preferred.
