We’re looking for a Content & Outreach Specialist to join Tyohaar Studio and work closely with the founder.
You’ll be responsible for building our social presence, creating and executing content, and reaching out to potential corporate clients.
What you’ll do
- Manage day-to-day social media
- Brainstorm content and shoot ideas with the founder and execute them
- Coordinate and be involved in shoots
- Identify and reach out to relevant corporate prospects
- Build and maintain an outreach pipeline
- Be the first point of contact for leads generated through outreach; the founder will handle closing
What we’re looking for
- Strong understanding of Instagram and social media
- Positive content sense with a Gen-Z perspective
- Strong execution skills
- Comfortable with outreach and communication
- Proactive, organised and willing to take ownership
- Delhi NCR preferred; ability to come to Noida 2x a week is preferred
- Preferably a female candidate
Compensation: ₹10,000/month + comission total bill value for every deal closed through your outreach.
This is Tyohaar’s first official hire, so you’ll be working directly with the founder and have significant ownership from day one.
