About the Role
We're looking for dynamic subject matter experts to join our content faculty team and create high-quality academic content across CBSE and competitive exam tracks. This role is ideal for educators who combine strong subject knowledge with creative thinking to make learning engaging for students.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop academic content (notes, modules, question banks, DPPs) aligned to CBSE and JEE/NEET syllabi
- Break down complex concepts into simple, engaging formats for students
- Collaborate with subject leads to maintain content quality and consistency
- Continuously innovate on content formats — visual aids, mnemonics, real-world examples
- Review and refine content based on student feedback and performance data
- Stay updated with the latest CBSE/JEE/NEET exam patterns and trends
Who We're Looking For
- Strong command over the subject (Physics/Chemistry/Maths/Biology or relevant CBSE subjects)
- Any level of experience welcome, as long as subject expertise and content quality are strong
- Proficiency in canva, figma, microsoft like tools will be a plus.
- Strong ability to make educational content engaging and easy to follow through voice-only delivery, without relying on a live instructor.
- Creative and structured thinker, comfortable simplifying difficult topics
- Passion for teaching/content creation, not just subject mastery
- Prior teaching, content writing, or tutoring experience is required
Qualification
- B.Sc/M.Sc/B.Tech/B.Ed or equivalent in relevant subject
- Robust academic record preferred
