Roles & Responsibilities The intern will be responsible for independently managing and growing 3 social media pages, with a focus on high-volume, trend-led content.
Their key responsibilities will include:
- Running and managing 3 assigned social media pages.
- Publishing approximately 5 posts per day per page: 15 posts/day in total.
- Identifying trending topics, formats, memes, conversations and cultural moments relevant to each page. Continuously experimenting with formats, hooks and content styles to improve reach and engagement.
- Creating/adapting content for the pages, including Reels, static posts and other relevant formats.
- Editing and packaging of short-form content.
- Monitoring content performance and identifying what is working/not working. Sharing reports on a weekly cadence.
- Maintaining consistency in daily publishing and page hygiene.
We're looking for candidates who are extremely online, understand internet culture, are naturally curious about trends and have a strong instinct for what makes people stop scrolling. Prior experience running a personal/social media page or creating Reels would be a strong advantage.

- Lives and breathes Instagram/Reels/meme culture.
- Spots trends early rather than after they've become mainstream.
- Has a positive understanding of what makes content shareable.
- Can create and publish content independently at a high frequency.
- Has basic editing/design skills.
- Is comfortable working remotely with minimal hand-holding.
- Is consistent, proactive and comfortable experimenting.
