Consumption Manager — BetterSleep LLP (Sonipat, Haryana) Location: On-site, Sonipat | Type: Full-time Experience: 3–6 years | Function: Inventory Control We're hiring a Consumption Manager to own material flow control on the BetterSleep manufacturing floor — from store issue through production consumption, waste, and returns. This is a hands-on, floor-based role at the center of a plant-wide inventory control transformation, engaged in partnership with FYNEX Consultants.
What you'll do: Own daily compliance of Job Cards and cycle counts across production lines and shifts Track and reconcile materials issued, consumed, returned, and scrapped against SAP Investigate variances, drive Excess Consumption Note closures, and present at weekly Variance Committee meetings Work closely with Store, Production, QA,
and Finance to close gaps in SAP inventory accuracy Support SAP Production Planning (PP) rollout and BOM recalibration What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field 3–6 years in inventory control, store operations, production planning, or manufacturing MIS Working knowledge of SAP Business One or similar ERP (inventory/production transactions) Solid Excel skills and comfort with daily floor-based work, not a desk job Detail-oriented, comfortable holding supervisors accountable to documentation standards
