Role & responsibilities

- Train assigned new hires both individually and as a group as needed on all functions as directed.

- Conduct assessments for the trainees and publish the scores in the NHT update.

- Evaluate training progress and competency of trainees.

- Immediately bring to the notice of the respective L1 training manager of any trainee behavioral issue.

- Record trainees attendance and publish it daily in the NHT update.

- Maintain training summary report for each batch.

- Update training module as per guideline change and keep L1 manager informed.

- To Develop concise written training guidelines and processes for all department functional areas.

- Maintaining and publishing daily class updates.

- Attending Quality Meetings as required.





- Co-ordinate with different operation leads/L1 Managers to deploy the trainees on floor.

Role Requirement

- Graduate in any stream

- End-to-end RCM knowledge

- 4 -6 years of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience

- Minimum 2 years of experience training new hire batches.

- Positive English communication (reading, writing)

- Should be comfortable and familiar with virtual training.

- Understanding of US healthcare, HIPAA

- Is proficient with MS office skills

- Capable of executing tasks based on work instructions

Preferred candidate profile

- Should be open to traveling to other locations as per the requirements

- Flexible working in rotational shifts
