Role & responsibilities

- Project Overview:

Jupiter AI Labs is hiring skilled contributors for an AI training project focused on creating realistic, complex computer workflows involving 300+ actions/steps.

Contributors will design realistic tasks within their area of software expertise, execute those tasks while their computer interactions are recorded, and review and annotate the resulting workflow.

The collected trajectories will be used to train AI systems to navigate software, interact with graphical user interfaces, and complete complex multi-step computer tasks.

- Key Responsibilities:

- Design realistic computer-based tasks within the assigned software/domain.
- Create tasks requiring 300+ meaningful actions/steps.
- Break each task into clear and logical sub-tasks.
- Execute the complete task on a computer using the provided recording tool.
- Perform workflows naturally as an experienced user of the software.
- Review recorded screen interactions after task completion.
- Update sub-tasks to accurately reflect the actual workflow performed.
- Map individual recorded actions/steps to their corresponding sub-tasks.
- Tag significant actions, milestones and decision points.
- Add notes or annotations wherever required.
- Identify errors, recovery actions and important intermediate states.
- Verify that the final task output is correct.
- Follow all project guidelines and quality standards.

- Mouse clicks

Candidates are not required to know all categories. We need candidates with genuine professional or advanced practical expertise in at least one category. - Candidate Requirements:

- Strong hands-on expertise in at least one listed software/tool/category.
- Ability to independently create and execute complex workflows.
- Ability to create tasks involving 300+ meaningful computer actions.
- Good understanding of the selected software rather than basic familiarity.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to break complex work into structured sub-tasks.
- Ability to review and accurately annotate their own computer interactions.
- Good written English.
- Ability to understand and follow detailed guidelines.
- Reliable laptop/desktop and internet connection.
- Comfortable using screen-recording and activity-capture tools.
- Ability to complete qualification/assessment tasks before production onboarding.

Note: Candidates must be capable of independently creating and completing long, realistic professional workflows containing 300+ actions.
