Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Computer & Smartphone Assembly Trainer to deliver practical and theoretical training to candidates in Computer, Peripheral and Smartphone Assembly.

The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, hands-on industry experience and the ability to train candidates according to the prescribed QP/NOS, training curriculum and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and practical training on computer hardware, peripherals and smartphone assembly.
- Provide hands-on training in computer installation, configuration and basic troubleshooting.
- Train candidates in assembling and handling smartphone components as per SOP.
- Demonstrate safe handling of electronic components and ESD-sensitive devices.
- Explain computer peripherals such as printers, scanners and network devices.
- Conduct practical demonstrations, activities and assessments.
- Monitor candidate attendance, learning progress and practical performance.
- Prepare training materials, practical exercises and lesson plans.
- Maintain training-related records and documentation.
- Support candidates in preparing for assessment and certification.
- Follow the prescribed QP, NOS, curriculum and project guidelines.
- Maintain discipline and ensure a safe training environment.
- Coordinate with the Centre Manager and project team regarding training progress.

Mandatory Requirements – VERY IMPORTANT

- TOT (Training of Trainers) Certificate – Mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in computer hardware,



peripherals, electronics and/or smartphone assembly/training.
- Strong practical knowledge of Computer & Peripheral Installation and Smartphone Assembly.
- Knowledge of ELE/Q4609 – Assistant Technician – Computer and Peripheral is highly significant. The current ESSCI QP identifies installation, troubleshooting and peripheral setup as core areas.
- Knowledge of ELE/Q3901 – Smartphone Assembly Technician is highly important.
- Good communication and classroom-management skills.
- Willingness to work from the assigned training center in Odisha.

Educational Qualification ITI / Diploma / Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Hardware, IT or a related technical field.

Ideal Candidate A candidate who has 3+ years of hands-on technical experience, a valid TOT/Trainer certification, and practical knowledge of computer hardware, peripherals and smartphone assembly, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple language and provide hands-on training.
