Qualification

- ITI / Diploma / B.Tech / Degree in ECE, CSE, IT, or related field.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

A Hardware Field Engineer installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs computer hardware at customer locations such as schools, offices, and institutions.

Key responsibilities

- Install and configure desktops, laptops, AIOs, printers, UPS, and network devices.

- Diagnose and repair hardware issues on-site.

- Replace faulty parts such as RAM, HDD/SSD, SMPS, adapters, keyboards, and monitors.

- Perform preventive maintenance (AMC) visits as per schedule.

- Install Windows, drivers, and basic software.

- Test equipment and ensure proper working condition before handover.

- Update service reports, asset details,



and serial numbers.

- Coordinate with the help desk and school/office representatives for issue closure.

- Travel to assigned districts and provide timely support.

Required skills

- Knowledge of desktop, laptop, printer, UPS, and basic networking.

- Hardware troubleshooting and component replacement.

- Windows OS installation and driver configuration.

- Valuable communication and reporting skills.

- Two-wheeler and willingness to travel.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
