Handle
Dialer operations , calling data & follow-ups. Prepare and maintain reports using Advanced Excel (MIS, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, etc.). Ensure proper customer follow-up and recovery process. Share regular performance updates with management.
Required Skills: Strong communication & team-handling skills. Good knowledge of Advanced Excel & MIS reporting . Hands-on experience with Dialer/Calling software . Target-oriented with valuable problem-solving ability. Prior experience in collection/recovery process preferred.
