Contact customers through phone calls, visits, emails, or messages to follow up on outstanding payments.

Collect payments from customers as per company policies and agreed schedules.

Maintain daily records of collections, outstanding amounts, and customer commitments.

Coordinate with the accounts and sales teams regarding customer payment issues.Monitor Prepare daily/weekly collection reports for management.

Handle customer queries and resolve payment-related concerns professionally.

Follow company procedures and applicable legal guidelines during the collection process.

Achieve assigned collection targets and maintain good customer relationships.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.overdue accounts and prioritize collection activities accordingly.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
