Apexmonk is a branding agency working with brands on their digital presence, branding and creative needs.

For this role, however, your focus will be very specific:

Find local businesses across the USA that need a new website or website redesign, approach them through cold calling, and convert them into paying clients.

Our website packages start at around $200, giving you a straightforward and accessible offer to pitch to US local businesses.

This is a high-ownership, performance-driven sales role — not a call-volume job.

We are looking for an experienced cold caller and client acquisition specialist who can independently manage the complete outbound process:

Google Maps Research → Qualify Business → Analyse Website → Identify Problems → Cold Call → Follow-Up → Close Client

You should be able to use Google Maps and other public sources to build your own list of potential clients and quickly identify businesses with:

- No website
- Outdated or poorly designed websites
- Poor mobile experience
- Weak user experience or navigation
- Weak calls-to-action
- Trust and credibility issues
- Websites that don't properly represent the quality of the business

Once you've identified an opportunity, you should be able to contact the business owner, explain the problems you've found, communicate the value of a new/redesigned website, handle objections, follow up and convert the prospect into a paying client. Apexmonk will provide you with a US phone number for outbound calling.

You will also be provided with a discussed sales pitch and clear understanding of our website offer. However, we are looking for an experienced salesperson who can adapt the conversation naturally based on each business rather than simply reading a script.

Daily Prospecting Expectations

This role requires consistent daily outreach.

You will be expected to research and approach approximately 50 qualified local businesses per working day.

Quality matters. We don't want a random list of 50 businesses. Before approaching a prospect, you should understand their website, identify genuine design, usability or value-presentation issues, and know why that particular business could benefit from our service.

Your performance will ultimately be judged by the quality of opportunities and clients you generate — not simply by hitting a call counter.

Who We're Looking ForYou should have:

- Strong spoken English
- Confidence speaking with US business owners
- Proven cold calling/client acquisition experience
- Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills
- Ability to independently research and qualify prospects
- Basic understanding of websites, UI/UX and web design
- Ability to identify genuine website problems rather than rely on a generic sales pitch




- Ability to deal with rejection and continue prospecting consistently
- Most importantly, the ability to turn cold prospects into paying clients

Experience selling websites, web design, digital marketing, SaaS, design or agency services is a strong advantage. Working Hours & Weekly ScheduleBecause you'll be speaking directly with businesses in the United States, you must be comfortable working during hours that overlap with US business hours.

This is a 6-day working role, Monday through Saturday, with Sunday as the weekly day off.

The role is remote, but your calling schedule should allow you to reach US business owners when they are actually available.

? CompensationFixed Salary: ₹10,000/month

Per Client: +₹5,000

5th Client: +₹3,000 milestone bonus

10th Client: +₹5,000 milestone bonus A client is considered successfully acquired once the project is confirmed and Apexmonk receives the agreed initial payment/advance.

Example — Close 10 clients in a month:

₹10,000 Fixed Salary

- ₹50,000 Client Incentives
- ₹3,000 5th Client Bonus
- ₹5,000 10th Client Bonus

= ₹68,000 Total Monthly Earnings Your fixed salary provides a base, while your earning potential is directly connected to your ability to consistently create and convert opportunities.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership of the sales process — not someone who simply completes a set number of calls.
