Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Coffee Maker / Barista to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing coffee and other beverages, maintaining hygiene, handling customers, and ensuring smooth counter operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare coffee, tea, milkshakes, and other beverages as per company standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment properly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter and work area.
- Take customer orders and provide good customer service.
- Maintain proper stock levels and inform the supervisor about requirements.
- Follow company SOPs, grooming standards, and food-safety guidelines.




- Handle daily sales and counter operations responsibly.
- Ensure proper opening and closing of the coffee counter.
- Work effectively as part of the team and follow shift timings.

Requirements
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation is preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends/holidays.
- Valuable personal grooming and hygiene.
- Relevant experience as a Barista/Coffee Maker will be an advantage.

Salary ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Immediate joiners are preferred.
