We are entering our next high-growth expansion phase across Rajasthan and Tier-1/Tier-2 enterprise hubs. We are seeking an entrepreneurial Co-Founder & Marketing Director to take total ownership of demand generation, B2B brand architecture, and client acquisition funnels.

The Mandate: What You Will Build & Own1. Go-to-Market (GTM) & Demand Generation

- Build and execute full-funnel B2B lead generation engines targeting CXOs, HR Directors, Plant Heads, and Startup Founders across key sectors (IT/ITeS, Manufacturing, BPO, Logistics, Retail).
- Develop high-converting outbound digital campaigns (LinkedIn outreach, email automation, performance marketing) paired with strategic inbound content funnels.
- Own client acquisition costs (CAC) and lead-to-mandate conversion metrics.

1. Brand Positioning & Corporate Narrative

- Define RecruitKr’s brand positioning as the premier up-to-date recruitment and executive search partner in North India.




- Establish thought-leadership assets: industry salary benchmark reports, whitepapers, hiring index surveys, and executive newsletters.
- Position RecruitKr as a tech-enabled, highly compliant, and modern staffing alternative to legacy placement agencies.

1. Strategic Alliances & Institutional Partnerships

- Identify and negotiate collaborative partnerships with business chambers (CII, FICCI, FORTI, TiE), startup incubators (iStart Rajasthan), colleges/universities, and industrial trade associations.
- Organize and run corporate roundtables, recruitment conclaves, and HR networking events in Jaipur and regional hubs.

1. Digital & Local Presence Optimization

- Supervise performance SEO, website conversion rate optimization (CRO), and omni-channel presence (Google Business Profiles, LinkedIn Corporate, meta platforms).
- Oversee marketing collateral: B2B corporate pitch decks, service tear sheets, case studies, and corporate client presentations.

Who We Are Looking For
- Founding Mindset: You think like an owner, not an employee. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing budgets prudently, and taking calculated commercial risks.
- Track Record:



4–8+ years of core experience in B2B marketing, corporate branding, growth hacking, or agency account leadership—ideally within HRTech, recruitment, SaaS, or professional B2B services.
- Execution Machine: You can architect high-level strategy on Monday and write high-converting copy or design an automated drip campaign on Tuesday.
- Network & Presence: Strong command of executive communication; confident representing the company in boardrooms, industry panels, and client negotiations.
- Data-Driven: Obsessed with conversion funnels, pipeline velocity, CAC, and ROI.
