Must Have:

- Good knowledge of CNC/VMC machining.

- Good understanding of engineering drawings.

- Strong customer follow-up and negotiation skills.

- Willingness to travel and meet customers.

- Ability to generate new enquiries independently.

- Robust communication and relationship-building skills.

KPI / Performance Measurement The candidate will be evaluated primarily on:

- New customers added

- Number of new RFQs generated

- Monthly order value

- CNC/VMC machine utilization generated

- New customer conversion

- Repeat business

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
