Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer who can independently develop, modify, optimize and troubleshoot CNC programs based on engineering drawings and production requirements.

The candidate will be responsible for programming, process planning, tooling selection, machine prove-out, quality improvement and cycle-time optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and modify CNC programs using G-Code and M-Code.
- Read and understand 2D/3D engineering drawings and GD&T;.
- Convert component drawings into machining processes.
- Select suitable cutting tools, inserts, holders and fixtures.
- Decide appropriate RPM, Feed, Depth of Cut and cutting parameters.
- Prepare and maintain CNC programs, tool lists and setup sheets.
- Conduct program simulation and machine prove-out.
- Set work offsets, tool offsets and coordinate systems.
- Troubleshoot machining and programming-related problems.
- Optimize programs for improved cycle time, productivity and tool life.
- Reduce rejection, rework and machining defects.
- Support first-piece inspection and production approval.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Tool Room and Engineering departments.
- Maintain proper revision control and backup of CNC programs.
- Follow safety, quality and 5S requirements.

Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming.
- Excellent knowledge of G-Code / M-Code.
- Knowledge of CNC Turning and/or CNC Milling/VMC.




- Experience with Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi / Haas controls.
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM software.
- Positive understanding of cutting tools and machining parameters.
- Strong knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T.;
- Knowledge of work holding and fixture concepts.
- Knowledge of different machining materials.
- Ability to use measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge and Height Gauge.

Ideal Candidate The candidate should be capable of independently handling the complete process: Drawing → Process Planning → Tool Selection → CNC Programming → Simulation → Machine Setup → Prove-Out → Inspection → Program Optimization → Production

Candidate should have strong hands-on CNC programming and troubleshooting skills, not merely machine operating experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.85 per month
