About the Team The Cloud &Infrastructure; Solutions team at Redington enables customers to modernize,automate, and scale their IT environments using leading cloud and DevOpstechnologies. The team collaborates closely with customers, businessstakeholders, architects, developers, operations teams, and OEM partners todesign, implement, and optimize cloud-native solutions that drive agility,security, and operational excellence.

Key Purpose of the Job To design, implement,automate, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure and DevOps platforms whileenabling customers to accelerate digital transformation. The role focuses oncloud architecture, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization, CI/CDautomation, security, and operational excellence to deliver scalable, secure,and highly available AWS-based solutions.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a highlyskilled and customer-focused AWS & DevOps Engineer with 3-8 years ofexperience in AWS cloud technologies, DevOps automation, Infrastructure as Code(IaC), and Kubernetes platforms.

The ideal candidate should possess:

- Strong expertise in AWS cloud services and cloud architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
- Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Strong working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Amazon ECS, Amazon EKS, and AWS Fargate.
- Experience automating infrastructure provisioning and deployment workflows.
- Positive scripting knowledge using Python.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with customers, development, operations, security, and business teams.

Your Role

AWS Cloud Infrastructure

- Design, deploy, and manage AWS cloud environments.
- Build scalable, secure, and highly available cloud architectures.
- Manage and administer AWS services including:
- EC2
- VPC
- IAM
- S3
- RDS
- ECS/EKS
- Lambda
- CloudFront
- Route 53
- CloudWatch

- Optimize cloud environments for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives.

DevOps & Automation

- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment processes.
- Support release management and deployment automation.




- Integrate testing, security scanning, and compliance controls within CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement GitOps and DevSecOps best practices.
- Improve deployment reliability and operational efficiency through automation.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

- Develop and manage cloud infrastructure using:
- Terraform
- AWS CloudFormation
- AWS CDK

- Create reusable infrastructure modules and templates.
- Maintain version-controlled infrastructure repositories.
- Standardize and automate cloud provisioning processes.

Containerization & Kubernetes

- Containerize applications using Docker.
- Deploy and manage workloads on:
- Amazon ECS
- AWS Fargate
- Amazon EKS

- Configure and manage Kubernetes clusters and deployments.
- Optimize container orchestration, availability, and scalability.
- Support cloud-native application deployments and modernization initiatives.

Monitoring & Operations

- Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions.
- Configure alerts, dashboards, and incident response mechanisms.
- Work with tools such as:
- Amazon CloudWatch
- Grafana
- Prometheus
- ELK/OpenSearch

- Troubleshoot infrastructure, application, and performance issues.
- Ensure platform reliability and operational excellence.

Security & Compliance

- Implement AWS security best practices.
- Manage IAM roles, policies, permissions, and access controls.
- Automate vulnerability assessments and compliance checks.
- Support security audits and governance initiatives.
- Ensure cloud environments adhere to security and regulatory standards.

- Possess hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
