Role: Manager / Senior Manager – Sales

Luxury Villa Sales Experience – Mandatory

Urbanrise is looking for dynamic and result-driven Manager / Senior Manager – Sales professionals to drive high-value sales and build strong relationships with HNI, UHNI, NRI, investor, and premium customer segments.

Key Responsibilities

? Drive sales for premium and luxury villa projects while consistently achieving business targets.

? Manage the complete sales cycle — from Lead Generation and Customer Engagement to Site Visits, Negotiation, Booking, and Closure.

? Generate business through direct sales, referrals, digital leads, channel partners, networking, and events.

? Build and nurture strong relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, NRIs, investors, and high-value customers.

? Deliver compelling project presentations and premium site visits, effectively highlighting project USPs, amenities, pricing, and investment potential.

? Build a strong sales pipeline and drive consistent follow-ups and conversions.

? Develop and strengthen relationships with Channel Partners,



Property Consultants, and Referral Networks.

? Lead negotiations while ensuring adherence to pricing discipline, margins, and commercial policies.

? Stay updated on competitor projects, market trends, pricing, inventory, and customer preferences.

? Collaborate closely with Presales, Marketing, CRM, Legal, Finance, and Project teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Ideal Candidate

✔ Must have 3+ years of experience in Luxury Villa / Premium Residential Sales

✔ Solid exposure to handling HNI, UHNI, NRI, and investor clients

✔ Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills

✔ Strong network with Channel Partners and Property Consultants

✔ Consistent track record of achieving high-value sales targets and closures

✔ Ambitious, customer-focused, and passionate about luxury real estate
