Who are you?
- You are responsible for the day-to-day ownership of the brands you manage and the team working on them. - You bring structure to complex workflows, align internal teams around brand priorities, and ensure that creative ideas translate into strong, high-quality execution. - Beyond managing deliverables, you are also responsible for ensuring clarity within the team and maintaining healthy, productive collaboration. - You balance multiple priorities, make informed decisions, and maintain solid relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders.
What will you do?
- Own the day-to-day functioning of assigned brands. - Develop a deep understanding of brand vision, narrative, and priorities. - Ensure all outputs align with brand intent and quality standards.
- Lead planning across BAU, campaigns, and new initiatives. - Partner with creative leads to align narrative and execution. - Manage client relationships with confidence and clarity. - Provide constructive pushback when required to protect quality and scope. - Allocate work within the cluster while ensuring clarity on roles, timelines, and accountability. - Guide and support Sr. Account Executives and Account Executives through delegation and feedback. - Ensure team members have sufficient context to execute work effectively. - Handle escalations or coordination challenges within the cluster when required.
