Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Client Servicing Executive role based in Poonamallee.

The Client Servicing

Executive will manage day-to-day client interactions, understand client requirements, and coordinate with internal creative, marketing, and production teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of campaigns.

Responsibilities include preparing and delivering presentations, tracking project progress, resolving client queries, and maintaining detailed documentation of deliverables and feedback. The role also involves supporting account growth by identifying opportunities for additional services, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction,



and contributing to the smooth execution of brand communication across multiple media channels.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Client Services and Client Relations skills to manage expectations and build long-term partnerships.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service capabilities to respond promptly, handle concerns, and ensure a positive client experience.
- Candidates should possess effective Account Management skills to oversee projects, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess confident Presentations skills to prepare and present proposals, reports, and campaign updates.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in advertising, marketing, or brand management agencies.
- Candidates should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
