We’re looking for a Client Services Representative who can be the bridge between our clients and our creative team — keeping communication clear, projects moving, and clients happy.
What you’ll do
- Own day-to-day client communication & relationships
- Understand briefs and coordinate with creative/production teams
- Track projects, timelines, feedback & deliverables
- Handle client queries and resolve issues proactively
- Follow up on invoices and payments
- Keep projects and client records organized
What we’re looking for
- Solid communication & client-handling skills
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable in a fast-paced creative environment
- Experience in an agency, studio, media or production setup is a plus
