Payton Health is seeking a dedicated Client Service Manager to act as the primary liaison for our existing client base. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing long-term relationships through regular on-site visits, monitoring client health metrics, and ensuring seamless business continuity. You will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, ensuring they receive maximum value from our services while proactively addressing any operational challenges face-to-face.

Key ResponsibilitiesRelationship Management: Travel to meet with existing clients regularly, conducting strategic business reviews and fostering solid, collaborative partnerships.

Client Health Monitoring: Track, analyze, and share "client health" metrics with internal teams to proactively identify risks and opportunities for improvement.

Business Continuity: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations for clients, acting as the primary point of escalation to resolve issues swiftly and effectively.

Retention & Growth: Drive client retention,



facilitate contract renewals, and identify opportunities to provide additional value to the client's business during on-site reviews.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Services (healthcare industry experience is a robust plus).

Travel Requirement: Willingness and ability to travel on-site client meetings and business reviews.

Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, with a proven ability to command a room and lead effective face-to-face client meetings.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing business continuity and escalations.

Ability to analyze data to report on client health and operational success.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
