➢ Give or support the participants/clients about company products or services.
➢ Acting as a point of contact for complaints and escalating issues to the concern.
➢ Understand client queries and solve them in any manner.

Salary: Remuneration for this post should be under 15k to 20k.
P:S - CRM should stay at a maximum distance of 30-45 mins from the office.
