Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other channels.

- Identify and connect with potential clients and understand their business requirements.

- Present company products/services and explain their value to prospective clients.

- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.

- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly sales reports and update the CRM/tracker.

- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.

- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.





- Handle client queries and ensure timely follow-ups.

Requirements

- Minimum Freshers-1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, or related roles.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Robust convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

- Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation.

- Target-oriented and able to work independently.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, LinkedIn, and email communication.

- Good understanding of sales processes and client handling.

- Candidates with IT/Software/Technology sales experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
