Role Description The Client Outreach Associate is a full-time, remote role responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting outreach via email, phone, and virtual meetings, introducing Margosa Media and Uloro Cloud’s services, and responding to client inquiries in a timely, professional manner.

The role involves coordinating community outreach initiatives, preparing and delivering presentations about offerings, and collecting feedback to help improve client experience.

Associate will collaborate with internal teams to align messaging,



support marketing campaigns, and ensure that client needs are clearly communicated. This position requires consistent follow-up, accurate documentation of interactions in CRM tools, and a proactive approach to identifying new outreach opportunities.
