Role Description The Client Acquisition Intern is a full-time, in office role based in the Mohali district. The intern will support the sales and business development team by identifying potential clients, researching target markets, and maintaining prospect lists. Day-to-day responsibilities include reaching out to leads via calls, emails, and meetings, presenting Adeptiv AI’s value proposition, and scheduling demos or follow-up conversations for senior team members.

The role involves collaborating with internal teams to understand product capabilities,



capturing client feedback, and contributing to continuous improvement of outreach strategies. The intern will also assist with documentation of client interactions, support basic customer service requests during the acquisition process, and help ensure a positive initial experience for prospective clients.

- Interest in AI, technology, or compliance domains and willingness to learn about AI governance and regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to work on-site in the Mohali district, manage time effectively, and handle multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM systems) is beneficial.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
