- Candidate should be flexible to work in night shifts:
- 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, or
- 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM
- Pick-up and drop cab facility will be provided.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Claims Adjudication with valuable process knowledge or Fresher graduate, Only- B Pharm, D Pharm.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Utilization Management/Authorization, along with calling experience.
- Candidate must have good knowledge of Authorization and Medical Records.
- Good verbal communication skills are required, as the role involves interacting with provider offices.
- Work profile: 20% Calling and 80% Non-Voice.
- Candidate should be flexible to work from Monday to Friday.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
