Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and responsible Civil Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities and ensure that works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of building construction and proven experience managing labour, subcontractors, materials, and multiple work fronts.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise all daily civil construction activities at the project site.
- Allocate and coordinate labour, subcontractors, equipment, and materials.
- Ensure that work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and instructions.
- Supervise RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, painting, and finishing works.
- Check line, level, alignment, dimensions, workmanship, and quality at every stage.
- Plan daily activities and achieve targets according to the project schedule.
- Coordinate civil works with electrical, plumbing, firefighting, HVAC, and other MEP services.
- Monitor material usage and minimise wastage, rework, and delays.
- Maintain daily labour, material, equipment, and progress records.
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment.
- Report technical issues, drawing discrepancies, material requirements, and delays to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
- Coordinate inspections with engineers, consultants, and quality-control personnel.




- Supervise snag rectification, testing, finishing, and handover activities.
- Maintain discipline, productivity, cleanliness, and proper housekeeping at the site.

Candidate Requirements
- ITI, Diploma in Civil Engineering, or equivalent construction qualification.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in building construction and site supervision.
- Strong practical knowledge of RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and finishing works.
- Experience in hospitals, institutional buildings, basements, high-rise buildings, or government projects will be an advantage.
- Ability to read and understand architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Strong leadership and labour-management skills.
- Good knowledge of construction quality and safety requirements.
- Ability to plan daily activities, solve site-level issues, and achieve scheduled targets.
- Willingness to work at project sites across Kerala.
