Key Responsibilities

- Building maintenance and civil works supervision
- Estimation, billing & tendering
- Contractor coordination and site supervision
- Quality control and surveying activities
- STP operation & maintenance
- AutoCAD and 3D drawing preparation
- Client billing and documentation
- Landscaping maintenance supervision
- Coordination with park locations as required
