Role & responsibilities :

- Prior Experience in Structure & Execution of residential project
- Control & co-ordinate with the contractor, vendors and site workers.
- civil engineers with minimum 5-8 years of experience in civil construction and quality control managing , site Execution, STP, External development, Structure, Pilling, Shuttering, slab.
- Preparing BBS, Material reconciliation, MIS, Sub Contractor Billing.
- Should be able to plan manpower and material and execution of project , monitoring and completion of project within given time and to hold an engineering mindset.
- Perform or oversee testing to determine the adequacy and strength of foundations.
- Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specification.




- Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards Monitor cash flow projections, budgeted expenditure, actual cash flow and variance and report to senior management on a regular basis (monthly/bimonthly) with respect to accounting policies and procedure.
- Responsible for managing and ensuring coordination within support services to deliver on quality standards.
