Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Civil Project Manager to manage building construction projects from planning through successful completion. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, leadership ability, and experience coordinating clients, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, monitor, and complete projects within the approved time, cost, quality, and safety requirements.
- Prepare construction programmes, micro-schedules, resource plans, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, vendors, and government authorities.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, method statements, and contractual requirements.
- Monitor daily site activities, labour productivity, material consumption, and equipment deployment.
- Ensure timely submission of measurements, running account bills, revised estimates, variations, and extra-item claims.
- Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure strict compliance with QA/QC procedures and safety standards.
- Conduct progress meetings and maintain proper project documentation and correspondence.
- Lead site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and other project personnel.
- Ensure timely testing, commissioning,

Candidate Requirements
- B.Tech/B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in building construction and project management.
- Experience in hospitals, institutional buildings, basements, high-rise buildings, or government projects will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, MEP coordination, billing, quantity surveying, and contract administration.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project reporting.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites across Kerala.
