Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities.
- Monitor site progress as per approved drawings and project schedules.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with construction standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and consultants.
- Prepare site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment at the construction site.
- Ensure workplace safety and adherence to Singapore construction regulations.
Candidate Requirements
- Only candidates with real-time construction site experience will be considered.
- B.E.
Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Experience in building, commercial, residential, or infrastructure construction projects is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- RMI / AVVANZ verification is mandatory.
- Candidates must meet the DOB eligibility: 19901998.
