- Core Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Prepare detailed and accurate project estimates strictly adhering to the West Bengal Schedule or CPWD schedule.
- Perform comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQ) Analysis and Market Rate Analysis for upcoming tenders.
- Assist in evaluating costs for diverse infrastructure works, including public bus stands, warehouses, roads and structural renovations.
- Provide reliable cost forecasting to support competitive bidding on government contracts.
Preferred candidate profile : B.E / Diploma civil engineer with minimum 05+ years of experience in preparing detailed and accurate project estimates strictly adhering to the West Bengal Schedule or CPWD schedule. Candidates from Kolkata, W. Bengal , willing to relocate in Kolkata on immediate basis will be preferred.
