Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Madhya Pradesh, India.

The Civil

Engineer will be responsible for preparing and reviewing civil engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for infrastructure and construction projects. Typical tasks include site inspections, surveys, and supervision of work to ensure compliance with design standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements. The role involves coordinating with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders on planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

The Civil

Engineer will also assist in stormwater management design, cost estimation, and technical documentation to support successful project delivery.





Qualifications

- Strong foundational knowledge in Civil Engineering and experience working as Civil Engineers on infrastructure or construction projects.
- Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design, including preparation and review of plans, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Experience in Planning and project coordination, including scheduling, resource management, and site supervision.
- Understanding of Stormwater Management principles and related hydrology, drainage design, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Familiarity with engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, civil design tools) and MS Office for reporting and documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to safety and quality standards.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities, with capacity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and on-site personnel.
- Relevant qualified certifications or registration with engineering bodies in India are an advantage.
