Job Title: Civil Engineer – Construction Site Location: Delhi ncr Experience: 1–5 Years Employment Type: Full-Time ### Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Civil Engineer to oversee construction site activities, ensure project quality, and manage day-to-day site operations. The candidate will be responsible for supervising construction work, coordinating with contractors, monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. ### Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor all construction activities at the project site.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and consultants.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks to maintain construction standards.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Monitor material consumption and maintain site records.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Resolve technical issues arising during construction.
Verify measurements and prepare bills for contractors/vendors.
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost control. ### Required Qualifications B.Tech/B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
