Role Description The Civil Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai.

The Civil

Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of building and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations. Daily tasks include preparing detailed drawings and specifications, performing site inspections, coordinating with architects, contractors, and other engineers, and monitoring project progress against schedules and budgets.

The Civil

Engineer will also review technical documents, perform basic structural and civil calculations, assist in resolving in office technical issues,



and support quality control and reporting. This role requires regular collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver projects efficiently and to required quality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in civil engineering principles, including structural design, materials, construction methods, and basic geotechnical concepts.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, civil/structural analysis software) and ability to read and prepare technical drawings and documentation.
- Experience with site supervision, quality assurance, and coordination with contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders on civil works.
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, industry standards, and permitting processes applicable to civil engineering projects.
- Effective communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly and collaborate in multidisciplinary environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, including attention to detail, time management, and project documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution; relevant certifications or professional memberships are an advantage.
- Previous experience in building, infrastructure, or industrial projects in or around Navi Mumbai or similar urban environments is preferred.
