Role Overview The City Head will have end-to-end ownership of the business performance, P&L;, and operations for the assigned city. The role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, profitability, occupancy, collections, customer experience, and operational excellence across all centers in the city.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the overall P&L; and business performance of the assigned city.
- Drive revenue growth, occupancy, pricing, and business expansion across centers.
- Identify opportunities to improve center profitability and Contribution Margin (CM).
- Ensure timely collections and effective management of receivables.
- Drive Opex control and cost optimization while maintaining service standards.
- Monitor center-level performance and take corrective actions to improve business outcomes.
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, Supply, Finance, and other functions to achieve city targets.
- Identify opportunities for recent business, partnerships, and center expansion.
- Own customer retention, satisfaction, and key client relationships at the city level.
- Lead and manage the city team, ensuring accountability against business targets.
- Track key business metrics and provide regular performance reviews and action plans to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and operational standards.
