Company Description
Sunshine by Lissun is one of India’s fastest-growing networks of child development centers, focused on empowering children with autism, ADHD, speech and language delays, and other developmental needs. What You'll DoBusiness and growth
- Own the city's revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
- Build local demand through partnerships with pediatricians, schools, hospitals, and parent communities.
- Work with the central marketing team on local campaigns, events, and lead generation,
and track conversion from enquiry to enrolment.
- Find opportunities for new services or new center locations in the city.
Operations

- Track key metrics such as occupancy, retention, revenue per center, and parent satisfaction, and act on them.
- Handle escalations from parents quickly and with empathy.
People and team
- Lead, hire, and retain a team of center managers, therapists, and front-desk staff.
- Build a culture of care, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Work with clinical leadership to support therapist training, supervision, and quality standards.
Family experience
- Make sure families feel supported from their first enquiry through ongoing therapy.
- Collect and act on parent feedback to improve our services.
What We're Looking For
- Solid grasp of unit economics: you're comfortable with P&Ls;, targets, and data.
- Proven ability to hire, lead, and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication in English, plus Kannada or Hindi.
- Genuine empathy for children and families.
Nice-to-haves
- Background in pediatric healthcare, therapy services, or special education.
- Experience launching or scaling a new location.
- An existing network among pediatricians, schools, or hospitals in Bengaluru.
