Key Requirement

- CISA certification is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Audit / System Audit / Cyber Audit
- Strong understanding of IT controls, information security and regulatory compliance

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct System, IT & Cyber Audits of capital market and financial market intermediaries.
- Perform application/software testing for capital market intermediaries.
- Review and assess IT policies, procedures and internal controls.
- Conduct IT/Information Security gap assessments and recommend corrective measures.
- Assess compliance with applicable SEBI, RBI, NSE, BSE and other regulatory requirements.

Qualification: Engineering Background (BCA, BSC IT, MCA, M.Sc. IT or equivalent) Positive to have: CISA, CISSP OR DISM.
