About the RoleSocial Sapphire is looking for a Cinematographer & Video Editor who can independently handle the complete video production process — from shooting and camera setup to editing and delivering engaging, high-quality content for social media.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for visuals, understand social media trends, and be comfortable working on Reels, brand videos, product shoots, food shoots, and promotional content.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute professional video shoots for clients.
- Handle camera, lighting, framing, composition and basic audio.
- Shoot Instagram Reels, promotional videos, product videos, food content and brand shoots.
- Edit videos for Instagram, Facebook and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging short-form videos with strong pacing, transitions and storytelling.
- Add music, sound effects, text, subtitles, colour correction and basic motion graphics.
- Adapt content according to different brand styles and social media trends.
- Manage video files, footage and project assets efficiently.




- Work independently from shooting to final delivery.
- Coordinate with the creative and social media team to execute content requirements.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in cinematography/video production and editing.
- Strong knowledge of camera equipment, lighting and shooting techniques.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut Pro or similar editing software.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content.
- Knowledge of colour grading and basic sound editing.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and composition.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Portfolio/showreel is mandatory.
- Experience in food, fashion, lifestyle, real estate or brand shoots will be an advantage.
