Role Description The Chocolate Outlet Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for overseeing daily operations of the chocolate retail outlet. This role includes managing staff schedules, supervising sales activities, and ensuring high standards of customer service and product presentation.

The Chocolate Outlet

Manager monitors inventory levels, coordinates with suppliers, and implements merchandising and promotional strategies to optimize sales performance. The role also involves handling customer inquiries and feedback, resolving issues promptly,



and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards within the outlet. The manager is expected to track sales reports, support outlet-level marketing initiatives, and uphold Rajhans Group’s focus on customer happiness and brand reputation.

Qualifications

- Customer-facing skills: Candidate should possess solid Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Team and people skills: Candidate should possess effective People Management and Communication skills to lead outlet staff and coordinate daily activities.
- Operational and inventory skills: Candidate should possess Inventory Management skills and basic retail operations knowledge to maintain stock accuracy and outlet efficiency.
- Additional beneficial skills: Experience in retail or FMCG, especially confectionery or food products; basic sales and POS system proficiency; ability to analyze sales data and implement improvement actions.
- General qualifications: Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in store or outlet management; strong organizational skills; flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
