AC Security is seeking an accomplished Chief Operating Officer (COO) with a background in the cybersecurity industry to join our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of leadership skills, industry expertise, and a proven track record in managing diverse functions within a cybersecurity organization. Reporting directly to the Chairman &

- CEO, the COO will be responsible for overseeing all departments of TAC Security and driving strategic initiatives to propel the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

- Collaborate with the CEO &
- Chairman to define and execute the company's strategic vision and objectives.

- Provide strategic guidance and direction to department heads to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

- Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across all areas of the business.

Operational Management

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all departments, including:

- Product Management

- Sales

- Marketing

- Delivery

- Customer Success

- Legal &
- Compliance

- Finance &

- Operations

- Human Resources

- Develop and implement policies, processes, and systems to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess departmental and organizational performance, identifying areas for improvement and driving necessary changes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Foster collaboration and communication between departments to facilitate seamless execution of company initiatives.

- Lead cross-functional teams to address complex business challenges and drive innovative solutions.





- Champion a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence throughout the organization.

Industry Expertise

- Leverage deep understanding of the cybersecurity industry to guide strategic decision-making and ensure TAC Security remains at the forefront of technological advancements and market trends.

- Stay abreast of regulatory changes, emerging threats, and industry best practices to inform business strategy and compliance efforts.

Leadership and Talent Development

- Provide strong leadership and mentorship to department heads and employees, fostering a culture of growth, empowerment, and accountability.

- Identify and develop top talent within the organization, supporting succession planning and leadership development initiatives.

Qualifications

- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.

- Extensive experience (20+ years) in leadership roles within the cybersecurity industry, with a proven track record of success in managing diverse functions.

- Demonstrated expertise in product management, sales, marketing, delivery, customer success, legal and compliance, financial management, operations, and human resources.

- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and drive results.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Proven ability to thrive in a quick-paced, dynamic environment and lead through ambiguity and change.
